After my email pal Jim Ryan mentioned the original sketches for this project I had a quick ferret about and, as well as locating the pics from the Shapeshifter post, I also came across these extra bits and pieces. Three sheets of doodles, another action sketch and a false start. Thanks Jim!

Incredible pencils Mick! I echo the comments of the previous guest – just terrific to get some glimpses of your work in embryo, as it were. I sometimes thing the raw pencils are even more involving and involved than the inked-in finished pieces…there is just so much going on in the pencils!
